Friday thru Sunday Events
$5,000 for six hours and $300 per hour for additional hours up to 11:30pm. Sundays can sometimes be reserved at the weekday rate depending on the type of event and specific requirements.
Monday thru Thursday Events
$300 per hour with a 2-hour minimum for events.
Your site rental time begins at the scheduled guest arrival time.
Same day set up starts at 9am and one hour clean up after the event is also included in the event cost.
Day ahead set up might be available if an event hasn’t been scheduled onsite for the day before. We can confirm this 30 days prior to your event.
If you want to secure the day before for set up, you can opt to pay the two-hour minimum for the set-up day and you’ll get the full day prior to your event (9am – 5pm) for set up.
